Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We accept returns/exchanges in the case of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Any orders placed from 11/22 - 12/25 will be permitted to make returns until 1/30/21.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you received damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and image of the damaged item(s). Upon receipt of your email, we will work with you to send a replacement package or refund to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
