Refunds and Exchanges:
If you received damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and image of the damaged item(s). Upon receipt of your email, we will work with you to send a replacement package or refund to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders will ship within 7-10 business days of being placed.
All orders are shipped with the UPS Mail innovations which hands off orders to local US Postal Service offices.
Shipping cost is flat rate of $5 if the order is below $45. Free shipping is offered for orders over $45.
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow up to an additional 7 business days for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of the order being shipped, please notify us immediately at email@example.com.
